Returns & Exchanges

At Rhonda Shear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
